Noelle represented my wife and I in our home closing. She was extremely helpful in the process and also able to keep up with the demanding schedule. She made sure we always had the best advice & that we weren't missing out on offers because of a draft that needed to be turned by her office. Her paralegal, Lisa, worked seamlessly with our lender for a smooth closing and they both helped us deal with the city to ensure we could close when we needed to. Couldn't recommend Noelle & team enough!

First of all, I almost didn't choose Noelle because of a few bad reviews here, so I think it's important I address those first. My experience was the exact opposite than what was reported by a few people here, and since Noelle is probably not allowed to respond to them, I will. I was constantly in contact with Noelle and Diana (paralegal) on 2 transactions and found them to be extremely responsive. Noelle even responded on nights and weekends MULTIPLE times and provided the info I needed. Every time I called, I was able to get Noelle on the phone except once when she was in a closing and she promptly called me back. I had a very fast close, Noelle and her team were able to easily keep up with the pace. She was able to get us out of AR very quickly. They also did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable during the inspection contingency negotiations (which is probably the most important part) and made sure to protect my interests. We closed on time and everything went as smooth as one could really hope and we now own our dream home. I will be using Noelle when I sell my old house because she has earned my continued business.
