Bad experience with them. We had contacted them (Angela Jankoska) to submit request to expedite decision for a case since it was taking too long. Charged us the full amount (5k), didn't submit the request right away and USCIS got back to us with next steps so we requested a refund since nothing had been done from their side. They only refunded half and said it was because they had dedicated time for "research". This is crazy, some sort of deposit is fine but half?! Save your money and time.
