My elderly aunt, who was housebound, asked my sister and I to help her get her affairs in order. She told us exactly what she wanted done upon her death, and we went to an online service to try to meet her wishes. Unfortunately she delayed signing them, and subsequently fell which resulted in a hospitalization. We knew we needed an experienced lawyer to help us legalize her affairs. We were referred to Jeff by a family friend and we could not be more grateful and happy with the results. He skillfully put her wishes, almost to the exact words, in her will. He had all the other paperwork (POA, Advanced Directive, HIPPA contacts) reviewed and drawn up. He then came to our aunt's bedside and explained to her what she had asked for, and what she was signing. He was kind, empathetic and professional. He treated her as if she was his aunt. After all the papers were signed and notorized he returned them all to us in a folder the next day. When he left, my aunt cried and said "He was a stranger before, but he feels like part of the family now." It is a sad time of life, facing mortality, but Jeff made it so much easier. My entire family is grateful to him for coming to my aunt and helping her out.

Jeff is a true outlier in terms of knowledge, professionalism and punctuality in a legal world. It is so hard to find such service these days in a professional world, where everyone is trying to make a quick buck and move on. Truly great experience, will be back as a client!
