I'm not usually the guy who writes online reviews, but here we are, because John Burke and his team actually deserve it (which is rarer than a workman's comp insurance adjuster telling you the truth). When I got hurt at work and my employer suddenly turned into Houdini -- disappearing when it came time to help -- I knew I needed backup, but the right one is very hard to find. Hiring John Burke was hands-down the smartest move I made. I work nights, so I expected crickets when I sent emails at 2 AM. Nope. John actually answered. Repeatedly. I'm still not convinced he sleeps! I'm pretty sure he runs on gallons of coffee and a personal grudge against shady insurance companies. Every appointment, every piece of paperwork was handled. Communication? Fast. Clear. No legal bs. If not for John and his crew, I'd probably still be stuck fighting still fighting instead of being back to work after surgery. Long story short: if you want someone who actually gives a damn, calls you back, and knows how to win, then call John Burke (just don't expect him to sleep). Thanks for everything, John and staff.
