Client Testimonials

Client

I've been dealing with this firm for seven years, and I am absolutely done. This entire experience has been nothing but constant runaround, excuses, and total disrespect for my time. I've already had two different lawyers supposedly "handling" my case, and both of them disappeared without anyone giving me a single explanation. Nobody calls me. Nobody updates me. Every time I have to chase them down, I get the same empty excuses like they think I'm too stupid to notice nothing is actually happening. The level of unprofessionalism here is unbelievable. At this point, I'm angry, I'm frustrated, and I completely regret ever trusting this firm with my case. This has been a massive mistake and a slap in the face after seven years of patience. And just so it's clear: I'm already looking into reporting this situation to the State Bar for lack of communication and possible mishandling of my case, and I'm prepared to contact the Attorney General's Office as well. I've had enough.

It been 7yrs dealing with this firm... Nothing but a runaround. The case has been settled and they've said they already received their payment. Spoke to Mr Bagolie on multiple accounts to receive the same bullshit empty statements stating(they'll get paid only when I get paid) which was a another lie.. I received pocket dial from Mr Bagolie today September 18 at 5:58pm thinking he has good news to tell me they track down my funds but all I hear is Mr Bagolie at the bar laughing it up with his buddy while my family and I are struggling. I wish no one to go through false to no information service they provide!!!

Client

This firm only go hard for their clients if surgery is involved knowing it'll give them a higher chance of 33% from their clients and after everything is settled there the first to get paid while I the client still haven't received payment. I called Mr Bagolie numerous times to never get a straight answer and when he call me I get a pocket dial from Mr Bagolie at bar living it up with his buddies . Meanwhile for 7yrs unable to move around do to spinal injuries. I Can't work or have a social life ontop of that they didn't help me get any temporary disability, so my fiance God blesses her soul have been bearing all the financial burdens since April 16 of 2018. It's 2025 7yrs later everything is settled August of this yr to find out they've already been paid while me and my family of six has been struggling..when am I and family getting compensated???...This is an add on from Tues 23rd of Sept, and still i have not received my settlement check meanwhile Mr Bagolie and his staff got paid there 33% from my case when am I receiving my payment and if I don't get a response from Mr Bagolie or staff there will be a legal litigation issue at hand

Client

The only great thing about this firm is there receptionist respectful and nice . For a accident that happened 7 yrs ago, which left me with a hernia disk in L4-L5 S1 and 2 torn meniscus in both my knees. They procrastinated, and stretched out this case for way too long, all without temporary disability. It seems for clients who are injured that never stepped a foot in there office are placed as low priority . With Bagolie's staff or assistants Spencer A Sink and the new assistant Steve are unprofessional and unreliable for retrieving and giving information . They will tell you or their receptionist they will call you but never do, forcing you(myself) to call them to only hear the receptionist tell you no one is there. Case is settled and still no info on how I'm receiving my settlement funds. This is an add on from Tues 23rd of Sept, and still i have not received my settlement check meanwhile Mr Bagolie and his staff got paid there 33% from my case when am I receiving my payment and if I don't get a response from Mr Bagolie or staff there will be a legal litigation issue at hand.

My broken toe case took forever to settle due to a questionable move without my consent. Rick upon finding out I had a near death experience from a MRSA infection, added that to the suit with no viable proof. Turns out I was in Kessler when the letter for a deposition arrived. My late Father let the office know I wasn't available. Along with my calls and emails being left largely without a response since June 2009 leaving me in the dark, when my Father was calling on my behalf in early 2012, he was on ignore as well.. When my HALO Brace was removed in May 2012 and I could get on the phone, when I finally got to speak to Rick, I made it clear I wanted no part of MRSA in the suit, because it wasn't true, I was told it was filed that way and couldn't be changed. My liability case was settled unbeknownst to me, a certified letter showed up with a check. I took a beating. With the outlandish fees for Bagolie Friedman and unnecessary Dr visits, etc. the scales weren't in my favor. A couple phone conferences later and many unreturned calls and emails, in 2017 if memory serves, I was told by Rick he was judge shopping and by end of Summer the workman's comp would be settled. Same run around continued until almost two years later, I had a phone conference scheduled. After calling on time, I was told Rick wasn't available, this happened before for a phone conference, so I asked to reschedule. I was told Mr. Friedman was available and would handle it. He couldn't answer most of my questions and repeatedly said "I'll have to ask Rick." He informed me there was an offer from my employer and as my attorney, he would advise me not to take it. I made clear I would settle, it was too long. He repeated he advised not to take it. I repeatedly said I told Rick in May 2012 I didn't want MRSA included, drop it and settle the rest. I told him no doctor involved thought an infection two years plus after the fact was connected. He pushed it aside saying doctors don't like to litigate, I told him I asked because it was my third MRSA infection, not for legal advice, he ignored me and we ended the call. I paid for a phone confrence for zero information concerning my questions and had my wishes tossed aside. Almost two years later I was asked to sign affidavits and a settlement was close, after the insurance company received these documents, they had 90 days to send the check. After hearing nothing from Tom, ignored calls and emails, I was told he's at trial and I had to sign affidavits again. I was put in touch with Spencer, who's a pleasure to deal with, he kept me informed along the rest of the way. Finally, better part of 13 years later, the suit was settled after Rick agreed to drop MRSA from the suit. I didn't get enough money on top of the offer Mr. Friedman was convinced I shouldn't take. I only asked Rick during our first meeting to help me get my back wages, which I didn't get. (I went by a long time gentleman's agreement on a job when my second surgery was due to be scheduled due to the doctor I ended with did a poor job, I had three. Work slowed down and the Foreman and I basically said it at the same time that he had to lay someone off, and I was open to it. Dr. Lin at UMDNJ had a student see me on the day I informed her I wanted to have the surgery, she never told anyone. I told my nurse case manager I agreed to a layoff and needed to start workman's comp payments again, the insurance company refused claiming I took myself out of the workforce.) medical bills paid for, and whatever he showed me in the book for a broken bone with some lifetime effects. Hopefully everyone else's experience is better.
