I wish I can give 0 stars. The lack of communication, the lack of consideration, they never get back to you no matter how many times you call, I last spoke to someone on August 1st and they promised to help me out for my case, I've honestly lost count of how many times I've called I've texted the number that was provided to me and not one response. ( this was just yesterday) literally NO ONE gets back to any of the sources. When I last spoke to someone I expressed my concerns, I expressed the lack of communication this office has shown, she begged for me to not leave a review and I tried giving her the benefit of doubt but this company has yet shown or has yet tried to help. This Case has been settled btw, still waiting on a payment since May due to the lack information they've provided to the insurance company. Which I'm sure it's still hasn't been processed correctly. Maybe this review will help get your attention a little better to my matter much quicker since this was the only thing that seemed to be cared of when I last spoke to someone. What a shame.

This is now my third review save your time and money go to someone who will care for you and your family and your situation Accordingly. These people should be out of business I haven't received a phone call not once since my last review (9 months ago).my daughter and I got into an auto accident that wasn't my fault in 2022 and was seriously injured and these people took all my money from my own case harassing me to go to their expense doctors never told me I'm really responsible for the payments of of my compensation money and STILL till this day have an open case for my child and NEVER contacted me about her settlement. I never received any information on what happened or why nobody has reached out concerning her case. They will blame poor communication on them switching your case worker so often because they are probably quitting the job and having to always reassign a new worker to your case and start all over and wait even longer to be disappointed in the end. My child suffered from a concussion at 6 years old has been having issue with academics and everything and these people never helped me figure out what happened with her case DO NOT GO HERE FOR HELP! Seriously waste of time and they do not genuinely care for the victims all they care about when u get a call back is to bribe you not to leave a bad review but never reached out concerning my case from 2022. Shame on these people!! I should have went to someone who actually cares for their clients.

A year ago I finished my therapy, and the fact that other people keep calling me and telling me I'm not in pain or want another therapy session keeps giving me the runaround. The case is still not closed. Seriously, was the worst decision I ever made. I hope they take action! Angel chavez

What attracted me to this firm was the professional manner in which they presented themselves.. The representation I got was off the charts. They were always available to offer guidance and answer any questions I had. L.Michele Amin was assigned to my case and she did an exceptional job in getting me maximum settlement for my case in quick time. She was readily available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this firm and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Top notch.

The person taking the intake was kind and courteous The attorney. Raul was rude, repugnant and condescending. Would never use him for my important case.
