After four years processing a Will which Bertone herself describes as "a simple, uncomplicated case involving few assets", she has produced nothing but delay and deceitful excuses for her incompetence. Violating even minimal standards, Bertone refuses to set her fee, only indicating that her share of the inheritance will be more than any intended beneficiary receives. She's provided numerous examples of collusion with opposing counsel to ensure his cut is as excessive and lucrative. Her practice is essentially parasitic. Don't be swayed by bogus reviews full of flattering adjectives and no specific information. This firm should be avoided like the plaque.
