I met Mr Petrullo in Oct 2021 for a custody matter in what had to be the ugliest time in my life in regards to my parenting time with my child. When I walked into his office I was devastated because my parenting time was taken away from me and both my character and integrity were being questioned at this point by the courts. Needless to say it was a very complicated situation from the very beginning and I felt hopeless. Mr Petrullo immediately recognized the severity of the matter and patiently sat with me to listen to every detail. With his strong knowledge of the law and extensive experience in family court he quickly proposed a game plan and I accepted. I was able to get my son back 2 weeks after that meeting but my case would remain open for 10 months before it got resolved. It was a very involved case with a lot of moving parts and Mr Petrullo was by my side every step of the way. He carried himself with a high level of professionalism and always represented me well in court fighting hard for my best interest. He helped me protect my family and at the end I received sole custody of my son. This is my testimony of a law firm that truly goes the extra mile for their clients. I will continue to use this firm to represent me if anything arises in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone to help them out with whatever the practice covers.

The representation was overall just OK and I honestly needed someone a little more willing to not overall advocate for me but also explain things for me to understand so ai could be confident in signing my agreement and that really just did not happen. Secondly, I was quoted a rate in which I agreed to. Paid a retainer and was billed for a balance after my hearing. l paid my balance and thought I was done but weeks later there is a new invoice. When I questioned the attorney regarding the invoice I have been ignored 3 times as I do have a right to have a bill explained to me. I cannot seem to find out about this questionable bill but I recieve daily harassing and threatening emails to pay or I will be placed in collections. I came to this practice as a single parent struggling and I am now facing all these challenges with my ex since my agreement was poorly explained and all my rights seemed to just disappear after I hired this attorney to help modify my agreement. I think communication can be improved. Thank you 9/19 Yikes. Thats awfully scary that you guys keep such poor records. Luckily for myself I do infact have email documentation to support the fact that you not only failed to respond to inquiries regarding these alleged bills and your work. I am not at all mixed up on who I left a review for. Perhaps you should consider trying a new book-keeping technique, one in which you can actually find your clients.
