I've worked with Nathan Seifert Esq on 3 real estate transactions in the last 16 months, they were somewhat complex in nature with unexpected variables that certainly felt like a lot of extra work. Nathan Seifert is actually a real estate attorney and the man is in my LeTip group...the Bergen County chapter. Nathan took $5,000 from my wife and I when we placed our trust in him- and while he tried to placate, he failed to perform the task for which he was retained when it was requested in writing. In fact, Nathan doesn't even know NYC probate law. Does he? A fine example of his lackluster service, his failure to obtain and provide NYSCEF documentation to me, the client... when paid for them. Would recommend Naim highly- very responsive, patient with a number of questions and running different scenarios. Clearly very knowledgable, but was never pushy. Appreciated that he was so attune to family dynamics and sensitive to the emotional aspect of decisions.
