My experience with Garcs Grabler & Lebrocq has been the worst I've ever had with a professional office. I was in an accident over a year ago, and in that time I've been passed between multiple paralegals and lawyers, with almost no communication or updates on my case. At one point, my case was completely dropped and forgotten for over a month because a staff member quit and no one bothered to forward her emails. I only found out much later, after already being left in the dark for weeks. It's unacceptable that I hear more from their automated survey requests asking for reviews than I do from the actual team handling my case. This firm has shown neglect, disorganization, and little regard for their clients. I would strongly advise others to consider a different law office that treats cases with the professionalism and attention they deserve.
