This was hands down the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a legal service. Promised call-backs that happened hours and hours later, excuses about being 'too busy,' and then being told I didn't have to use their services after pointing out the lack of professionalism. Immigration law requires precision, respect, and urgency. None of which I saw here. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere. You are part of the reasons why it'll be hard for blacks to support black businesses.

Came for a 2 minute consultation that she charged me $100 for. She didn't look at my documentation and was very rude when I asked her when all of the information was given to the receptionist - you couldn't inform me that you couldn't take the case. Her attitude is the ABSOLUTELY WORST. 3:59 I came and 4:02 the appointment ended. She then proceeded to say - If I wanted to stay for 30 minutes or an hour to collect my $100. Stay CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS RUDE ATTORNEY. You try to support black business but it's bad apples likes this that ruin it for the culture .

The attorney hides behind her assistants constantly to avoid speaking directly to the client. I was told over the phone to send the money over zelle to make payment to get started on working on our case. Our case was solved without knowledge of this firm, and they claim to have done work. The case is on immigrants trying to get out of the detention centers, which not only stepbrother was taken advantage of but many other's in the Adams Detention Center Facility, they take your money and give you no updates. Do not use their services.
