This "lawyer" does nothing and just takes your money. Please avoid him at ALL COSTS! A family member of ours passed, leaving us with a little bit of a mess behind. The siblings and I decided to hire him to carry out specific tasks of beneficiary and funds to be distributed. He has done absolutely nothing. It has been over a year and still nothing. We spoke with another lawyer that stated how poor Mr. Finkelstein's reputation was and stated since we paid him and processed paperwork, it was out of our hands. Returning to Mr. Finkelstein to find our progress, he got so annoyed (like a child) at the idea of us looking to hire a different attorney that he cut my brother off and will no longer communicate with him. My sisters and I have attempted to contact him for updates but everytime he gives no answers. He gives us run around and never direct answers. We are forced to fire and hire someone else. If you want something actually done, please use someone else and save your money!

Have had an amazing experience with Mr. Terry. Extremely professional, always polite and just an amazing person. He also sent me a refund of $ 200.00 without me even asking for it, based on his accounting system. Don't know how many attorneys would ever do that....
