I don't want to seem lengthy but this probably will be. A lot needs to be said as far as the service I had from Mr. Palumbo. I'll start with my case. I won't go into details but I was facing 3 felonies, one was 2nd degree possibly on its way to 1st degree. I never been in this deep and I only hired an attorney one time for a serious traffic violation and to be honest I didn't feel confident in having their firm represent me. Me and my partner looked around the moment I got out of jail and found this firm. I spoke with Todd and he sounded very genuine and honest as he expected as much from me. It's important to start off your business honest with any attorney even if you didn't disclose everything to the courts or officers. The least you can do is be honest to the person that's representing your case which I did and was glad I did. We went to court 2 times, one on virtual and one, and last time in person. While I felt I was in the dark at times, the moments I did get to speak with Todd, I was given back some confidence and didn't feel alone. My case was on hold for close to two years and in that time I followed Mr. Palumbo's instructions. I had a few of my friends that said I should badger him to make the process go quicker and to have him get my case dismissed but in cases with complexities like mine, it doesn't work like a genie in a bottle. People don't understand that attorneys/lawyers have other cases to work on, families and lives of their own all the while trying to keep their head on straight. To note I also spoke with some of the attendees at his office who were very helpful and patient with me. There's a great team over there. All in all, with what I was facing, the judge was very surprised to see what resulted from Mr. Palumbo's work, the judged was nearly appalled and I think reminded what good lawyers/attorneys can do as well as myself, especially for folks like myself. The moment Todd stepped into the court room, he greeted me with a smile and then pulled me to the side to let me know what was going to be the best outcome and how the judge was veiwing my case. Needless to say, I am still able to sit at home in the comfort of my own home with my family and won't be facing any felony charges but a few fines to pay to the court and about months worth of time to think how this whole case could've went a different direction. Take your time when looking for a lawyer to represent you, be sure to ask questions on what kind of case it is you have. I was very fortunate to come across Mr. Palumbo and his team otherwise I wouldn't be writing a review lol. Thanks again and utmost regards to this firm.
