Jesse Hynes prepared my mom's life estate about 7 years ago. When my husband, and I began the process of having our wills updated, in April 2025, I know I wanted to use Jesse Hynes. Jesse explained everything. He was always available to answer emails, or phone calls. Since we live in Burlington County, two meeting were by Zoom, and the last one in person. I highly recommend Jesse. It was a pleasure. He is the best!

Jesse was terrific and jumped through several hoops (even during the holidays) to ensure a quick turnaround on some last-minute estate planning that we had to do. Not only was he timely and hit every deadline we needed, he also took the time to educate us on several aspects of estate planning, which I imagine required a great deal of patience. Will highly recommend his services to my friends and family.

Since estate planning was a big step for me to take, I interviewed a few lawyers to find someone who would make me feel comfortable and show signs of patience in explaining complex legal matters. Also, I was looking for a person who had professional mannerisms, but yet at the same time, was down-to-earth. I am delighted to say that Jesse Hynes was the one I was most impressed with from the start. He was extremely patient and got me through a tremendous, arduous task of getting myself in a better place for being prepared for the future. What more, when it came time to sign the documents, I had my adult children meet Jesse as well, as they will be the ones who will be reaching out to him in the future. Jesse was very patient in working with my elderly parents and myself, even coming to their home to accommodate mobility issues. He is personable and kind, as well as thorough with regard to Elder Law. I have reached out to him a few times now, long after the papers were drawn up and we paid him, and he has always responded quickly and completely. Glad to know he will be out there for us if and when we need him in the future. Would not hesitate to recommend.
