Cannot say enough good things about Justin and Dierdra over at Shearer Law. I originally was working with them on what seemed like a simple real estate transaction. There turned out to be non disclosure issues while in contract and looked as though I was going to need to file suit. Justin and Dierdra worked with me and the sellers attorney for weeks to finally get the contract cancelled, though it was recommended I get a litigation attorney. Due to my line of work I have dealt with hundreds of attorneys across NJ and this firm by far has been the most professional and helpful!!

Justin helped me and my wife through the whole process of buying are house he is highly recommended throughout beachwood and is very nice and kind and caring any question we had he always found an answer for us and any concerns we faced he was always there for us through it all. I wish that I had taken the time to look for an experienced and well reviewed estate attorney to work WITH me to close my fathers estate. I felt like Justin didn't work for me at all. Communication was very poor, my experience was subpar to say the least.
