Amy Driscoll oversaw a case with my two children ages 4 and 7 as an GAL. After repeated visits to my house and nearly 2 years under her watch, no one drug tested the mother in an accountable manor. The mother was a chronic heroine user. The mother was getting a felony Conviction while in her full custody every 90 days. The mother had three overdoses and two car accidents within a year. The mother caused $100,000 worth of damage to my home.. The mother died in front of my children on her third overdose and was finally brought back to life. Thanks to the quick response of my four and seven-year-olds. Only then did everyone see the other side of the story and I was, finally taken serious and my kids replaced in my custody. This is what insanity looks like. Right here, folks! This is a woman who put two children through living hell.

I was told after giving $4800 that they would Do the entire trial for me. At the final hearing I was told the money was gone and I needed another 850$ so I give them that too. After the hearing was over Ans I had won. I was told it was going to cost me even more money. I had only signed a contract for the initial 4800 retainer plus some. I then got a call from Amy telling me I would owe them another 850. Amy was pushy and told me I had signed a contract for the 850$ even though I had not. Rob is a good lawyer. He's worth it. But his wife is not a good lawyer and she is rude and pushy.... All the time.... You never know who your going to get in court if it's her or him. Unless you ask... they won for me. But as far as money it was shady to say the least.....

Amy is a very poor attorney, especially when selected as a Guardian Ad Litem for the courts. Her report was riddled with errors, she was caught lying on the stand when cross-examined, and overbilled for work that was done at the last minute. Her conclusions were not based on research or medical fact but her personal opinion. She also rushed to finish her report at the last minute and couldn't recall the most basic facts when on the stand. Fathers beware, she is biased for mothers and you should seek anyone else but her if given the option. VERY Expensive.
