Attorney Gabe Nizetic has an exceptional command of New Hampshire statutes and case law. He has consistently produced superb results in matters where litigation was the only option, and (far more frequently) has succeeded in resolving disputes in a cost-effective, timely manner. His office is friendly and prompt in handling transactional matters (landlord/tenant, corporate creation, employment issues). Highly recommended!

Highly disappointed, after helping me achieve a successful judgement in a commercial Landlord/Tenant case his team completely fumbled the collection process. After waiting 15 months for a hearing for periodic payments, the judge would not hear the case because Plymouth Law Center failed to complete their responsibility to provide "good service" (proof of a certified letter) to the defendant. As a next step, Plymouth Law Center suggested filing a Writ of Execution to seize assets from the tenant (a furniture store) but after committing to filing writ within a couple of weeks after the court date, 4 months passed, and no action had been taken. The explanation was the Sheriff indicated that this required a different much more complicated filing but did/could not provide timing or concrete next steps on how to proceed. At this point we parted ways, and I consulted another attorney who pointed out the following: 1. Plymouth Law Center could have petitioned the court to increase the judgement to account for interest and incremental legal fees - they did not although this would have increased the judgement substantially. 2. Despite the advice of the Sheriff, the Writ of Execution was the appropriate course of action and could have been filed ~60 days after the defendant failed to pay the judgement dating back to March 2022. - I validated this with calling the court. 3. Filing the writ after an existing judgement was a simple online process and he recommended I do it myself, which I did. Resolution: Today I received the Writ of Execution ordering the Sheriff to "levy the money, goods, chattels, lands, personal estate, property interest, right or credit of the defendant to pay the Plaintiff" While this should have been good news, unfortunately on September 1st the defendant closed his store and left the state, leaving me with little prospects of collecting this debt. Plymouth Law Center's failure to act in a timely manner on this matter rendered the judgement moot. Had the correct filings been actioned any time before Sept 1, 2023, we could have seized the assets in the store to satisfy the judgement. I am not sure if this outcome was due to lack of knowledge, staff or motivation on the part of the Attorney. In any case, I don't believe the actions of Plymouth Law Center were in the best interest of their client and as a result I cannot recommend their services,

Gabe and Cheryl are the best! They really care about clients and making sure legal problems do not make your life miserable but instead much better.
