I definitely recommend ppl to fo there homework before hiring this firm. I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone who has an estate to be settled. They only care about the administrator and not heirs. will update full review after estate closed.
Judy & Alex helped us with a year+ long probate/estate process. They were helpful, but at times somewhat unprofessional and made us feel like we were paying more than necessary to complete the process efficiently (ex. sending a long list of questions of which had already been gone over in meetings - paying for both the meeting and the emails). In other circumstances, their advice seemed to overcomplicate the process and when we found a person specialized for the service (CPA, real estate agent, etc) it was highly simplified and made us feel at ease. Additionally, the CPA they had recommended us was nothing short of a headache. Overall, we appreciate their service but wish it could have been more efficient and cost effective.
