CBZ helped us out to challenge decisions being made by our Town Planning Board that would impact our property. John Bisson is our HOA's attorney. He has helped inform and advise us, a new board learning the ropes in challenging circumstances. He has patiently helped us understand the statues and bylaws and been thoughtful of the owners as in any community. His team has always helped get messages through when we had an urgent need, and John has called back or emailed.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cronin Bisson & Zalinsky was an absolute nightmare. From the beginning, communication was a major issue; responses were sluggish and lacked clarity, making an already stressful situation unbearable. When it came to handling the escrow funds for our condo transaction, John Bisson showed a disturbing lack of professionalism and transparency. Several times, the funds were not disbursed on time, with no explanation provided. It was always one excuse after another, leading to severe delays that cost us additional money. The lack of accountability was astounding. Even more troubling were discrepancies in the escrow statement that were never satisfactorily explained, despite repeated inquiries. Dealing with Cronin Bisson & Zalinsky not only added layers of unnecessary stress to our property transaction but also led us to question the integrity of the whole process. I strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to look elsewhere. Trust and reliability are key in legal matters, and unfortunately, both are qualities that Cronin Bisson & Zalinsky profoundly lacks.
