If you want to spend hundreds of dollars on a total of nine minutes on the phone- look no further! Retainers are lower than others, which is great, but don't expect much communication. Misspellings and incorrect dates in things they draft - then they charge you for revising it! They definitely don't care about your case, because they don't do the proper research before sending in your cases to the courthouse. They also don't tell you what the heck anything means on your bill, so when you get it, you're dazed and confused! they care about your $$. On top of it, when you confront them about the lack of communication about pricing, they quit responding to you. Very professional (not!). I had better luck doing it myself.

I would give a negative if I could. Kevin Carr is the most arrogant man I've ever dealt with. He represented my elderly mother in a guardianship case, he would not listen to anything me nor my sister tried to tell him and appointed legal guardianship of my mother (who has 3 other children) to her neighbor! A woman none of us know. He admitted he only knew my mother and her husband for a month yet judged us solely on my stepfathers lies. Not a good man in my opinion

If I could give them one star I would . There communication is horrible, they filed four motions out of the four two were not the correct ones for my case. They told me the paralegal would be handling that part of my case to save me some money. When all was said and done I had to do the work my self. litterly all they did was enter there paper saying he was representing me, and file two motions and file my parenting plan I filled out with my x- wife . I had to call the court house my self to find out my case was approved back in October .... my plan was approved on October 25th I emailed and called him the 26th they told me they had to look into it I emailed them again on December 14th they told me they had to look into it I finally had enough and called the court this January my self to find out it's been months that it has been approved. They didnt have the decency to tell me after months of being approved . Then I tryed to get the remainder of my retainer back ... again it took almost 3 weeks to get my money back all said and done they charged me $ 1280 bucks to file two wrong motions two right motions and file my parenting plan ... they charged me 68 dollars to email me back .... I am extremely disappointed with them so unprofessional ...I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

I have Attorney Carr (Kevin) as my Lawyer and he has been working with me for quite some time on my child custody & divorce case that was an absolute mess until he became my laywer. If i could give 10 stars i would because 5 stars is an understatement to the amount of time effort and just genuine care that he has put into me and more importantly my sons well being and is still currently working with us which really is such a stress reliever knowing he remains in my corner until my court cases are over with I will FOREVER be grateful for him. He has gone above and beyond for my family and i would 10000% recommend him as a lawyer he is worth every single cent and more. It truly is an honor to be represented by him . thank you again !

O wish I had read the reviews prior to entering a case with Patrick Hayes. He did not represent me the way he promised. His communication is terrible. We spent all the money we had to launch our case because he made it sound so simple, yet round one he could not deliver- I don't think he put in one good word for me but rather had his secretary handle paperwork and that's it. Now it's like pulling teeth to get my remaining balance. Again I cannot stress enough! His communication is terrible and many times it was arrogant, like he didn't want to discuss my case with me. Shop around people! It pays to have someone actually on your side. Don't let his "free consultation" persuade you. Anyone can talk big talk. Pat cannot deliver.
