Ed Philpot is one of the most brilliant down to earth attorneys that has ever done work for me. I retained Ed's services for a structure that was built partially on my land. It was a long battle and Ed won motion after motion. Ed made sure that the structure was removed and made sure we got our Attorney fees. Ed always returned our calls and his Office staff was working hard behind the scenes as well. All relevant documents were uploaded as soon as were received into the Attorney Client Services Portal he provides his clients. I have known Ed Philpot since he moved to Laconia to practice law more than 30 years ago. Since that time he has represented myself and my business numerous times and with great results. Contrary to what others may say, he is attentive, professional, aggressive (when needed) and responsive to phone calls and visits. He will let you know ahead of time if you have a case or if it isn't worth your time and/or money to pursue the matter. I have referred a lot of people to him and not once has anyone ever said anything different.

In my experience I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I felt like my case didn't matter, I had to wait a week at a time to receive a response to any question I had. I called in with a minor question and was treated with nothing but disrespect by a shrill secretary. I wish I could give less stars
