After my husband was hit by a pickup truck that ran a stop sign and the extent of his injuries was becoming clear, we knew we would need help. Neil Nicholson contacted us right away. He came to our house to talk through the accident, confirm we had a case, and walk us through the process. We met with Neil and his associate Brittany LeTourneau on several occasions. Early on they encouraged us to take pictures of the injuries, document the impacts on our lives, and write our impact statements. Once medical treatments were complete, they kept us updated as they worked with the insurance company, and informed us of settlement offers. Ultimately we met with a mediator where we were finally offered fair compensation for the injuries. Neil and Brittany were always responsive to us. This was the only time we've ever had to deal with a personal injury lawyer, and I can't imagine how anyone could do better. Their level of expertise and their compassion was top notch.
