Greta helped my family to get the Green Card through the employment-based visa (EB-3). I had a complicated case for adjustment, as I had some arrest. Greta instructed me she typically didn't work with this type of cases but I implored he she takes on my case and she did. My case took long as typical with uscis cases because judges retire and what not, but after about 5 years we got my removal procedure case terminated and my green card approved.
