Robison, Sharp, Sullivan & Brust

I've had their attorney Russell Carr representing me for the past few months. Russ and his legal assistant Hailey have been a fantastic team to work with, along with the support of the whole RSSB team. They haven't only been excellent in handling the case but also in making sure I'm heard, understood, and taken care of through a difficult process. I have been a resident of Texas for the last 17 years. I left Reno in 1986, and to be honest, I haven't spent much time there since. As chance might have it, my family was involved with a lawsuit and Robison, Sharp, Sullivan & Brust were hired to represent my family. I came to Reno in February of 2024 to help my parents during the 4 day court process. I watched nearly every minute of the 4 day trial, and I could not have been more impressed with the preparation and the skill of the entire team. Michael Sullivan acted as lead attorney and was brilliant. The case was handled with great care, but more importantly.....my parents were too. I hope to avoid legal issues in the years to come, but in the event that I do need legal advice, my first call, even though I live in Texas, will be to Robison, Sharp, Sullivan & Brust.

Don't waste your time with Michael Sullivan. My husband contacted him after we met with another lawyer to get a will written up (my husband had sticker shock from the other lawyer). We never met with Michael, and he wasn't asking for nearly the amount of information that the other lawyer was requesting, which started making me nervous. I spoke with Michael on the phone and asked questions and expressed my unease - as I have every right to in making sure myself and my children are covered properly. The following day, he had a conversation with my husband and told him he didn't feel comfortable with doing our will as if something were to happen, he didn't want anything to come back on him. All I did was ask questions - the right questions. Folks, cover yourself! Cheap isn't always better. Spend the extra to make sure you and your family are covered and avoid Michael Sullivan at all costs.
