During a sisters' trip to Las Vegas in February 2023, my sister and I were dining at an upscale restaurant. Unfortunately, as we were leaving, I slipped and fell on a wet floor, resulting in a few injuries. The staff seemed dismissive and lacked communication, prompting me to seek legal representation. This is my second time using this law firm for a legal matter. My first case was for a personal injury sustained while driving. I was very pleased with the outcome and monetary award back in 2023. Along the way, Mr. Beckstrom explained in detail how the law in Nevada changed so that the State's burden of proof in traffic court adheres to a lower standard than it does in criminal court. He helped me understand how the process works when a person fights the system. He presented a brilliant strategy for my case and prepared me to testify in court. On the day of my trial I was very anxious (as most people would be). He assured me the evidence was on my side and that we would have a favorable outcome. After testifying in court and presenting this evidence to the judge my case was dismissed. Having Price and Beckstrom represent me saved me $400 in court fees.
