My wife was T boned by an SUV five years ago this month. We reached out to the Paul Powell law firm for help & advise as we had never been in any accident or even spoke to an attorney before in our lives. The insurance company was just wanting to pay for our vehicle and be done with us. My wife was having severe neck and back pain that was only getting worse. The insurance company was making lite of her injuries despite the fact that the force of the impact caved in the entire passenger side of the vehicle and when the vehicle finally hit the median sideways it broke the rear driver side wheel off of the hub & broke the independent suspension and axle off of the vehicle. The first few people that we spoke with at the firm told us that Paul & his son Jared will be handling the case personally from here on out. Then Covid hit which totally bogged down the case & I personally believe that all the low ball offers were Covid driven due to the fact that a ton of people were out of work, again just my opinion. Jared was just amazing and legally talented, not only did he give us his personal cell phone number but genuinely cared about my wife & our family. The insurance company didn't budge so off to court we went and that's where Paul came in and just killed it and we won!!! They had all these "professionals" testifying on their behalf and it didn't matter one bit, Paul crushed them all. Paul promised us a certain amount of money and he delivered it and some!! I really don't waste time on reviews unless I am completely pushed back on my heals, good or bad. In this day and age, a man really only has his word.
