They never reach out, they will not help unless you apply pressure. They love getting yelled at. They are very unprofessional. I got into a car accident 05/29/24 with my two kids. 11/14/2025 I received feedback that my check has been received and needs to be sent to an adjuster to split fund between me and Adam S Kutner. Now fast forward to 12/8/2025 almost a month later I'm told the check was made out to the wrong party. How was this over looked for over a month ? The correction process could have been started that same day they realized the check was incorrect.
