If I could give Jordan Flake zero stars, I would and that would be generous. Hiring Jordan Flake and his firm Confidence Law was the most costly mistake of my life. Their handling of my late father's estate case was defined by hesitation, poor judgment, ego, and inaction so severe that I had to hire a second attorney to correct it. That new attorney resolved the matter in just two weeks--a case Mr. Flake told me might take months "if we were lucky." His lack of confidence cost me millions. Despite the firm's name, there was nothing confident about his representation. At critical moments, he was visibly reluctant to confront opposing counsel and even altered strategy out of fear of upsetting her. He confused her manipulative cordiality for cooperation and, as a result, she out-maneuvered him at every turn. When that same opposing counsel made blatantly false claims about me, Mr. Flake didn't even want to hear my side--something my second attorney immediately did, and within days we were able to prove those accusations false. The contrast between the two attorneys was night and day: one operated from fear, the other from competence. Calls went unanswered, deadlines slipped, and opportunities were missed. What I witnessed was not advocacy--it was avoidance. The irony of "Confidence Law" cannot be overstated: the experience left me with none. If you need an attorney who will actually stand up for you, listen to you, and fight for you with conviction, look elsewhere. Client beware.
