The forum seems more focused on making money than genuinely helping. During the initial consultation, they didn't take the time to properly understand or clarify our questions--they were more interested in collecting the EU25 fee. I would recommend reaching out directly to Wooninfo instead. Their contact forum has no means for us to upload our evidences or correspondence. They just send a email stating that they have clarified our initial question.

Been there twice during their opening hours, it was closed both times, no one would pick up the phone either. I understand you guys are students, but if you are offering these services then you should really take it more seriously instead of wanting peoples' time! You should at least put a note on your shop that you are closed during the summer period or something, indicate it on Google Maps, anything!

I really tried to have a somewhat beneficial outcome but unfortunately these students simply don't care about your dire situation. They led me to believe that they could and would help me. First I met with them and shared everything about my case. After two additional email communications they stopped responding. I called, emailed, left messages with people, even spoke with someone who advises them, and everything was ignored. At the start this was my last resort until a lawyer from my gemeente was able to help me; Otherwise, I would not have been able to have any sort of justice in my case. In the end, I don't know what was done with all my highly sensitive information! They need to have a more participatory and transparent legal process; their system doesn't work
