I worked with Joosten Advocaten, with Alex Verhoeven and Thomas Witte, between 2016 September- 2020 December. I had a personal injury case as a result of a serious traffic accident in 2016 September. I was there to talk about my possibilities of compensation from employer after injury at work. Minute after minute as we spoke I felt much more as intruder who want to cheat on dutch system, and steal money from poor dutch employer. No understanding. And at the end they said I am not entitled to get transitievergoeding from my employer, because I worked as temporary worker, so it does not apply to me. I almost missed required 3 monts for applying for it, because of them. I applied for it, and gues what, I've got the money. If you are immigrant (polish to be specific) without case that is easy to win - don't go there. They will not help you, only discourage you.
