Best bike shop in Amsterdam! I bought my electric bike here 5 years ago, and their recommendation was perfect, I'm still riding the same bike. Every time I come in for a quick check-up, the team at Amsterdam Fietswinkel does an amazing job to keep my bike safe and long-lasting. I don't live in the neighborhood anymore, but I still come back here for all my bike maintenance. :)

Walked in and was completely ignored while the salesperson helped another customer. A quick "Hey, I'll be right with you" takes two seconds and costs nothing, it's basic customer service. When I pointed this out, the salesperson told me it was rude to acknowledge someone else while speaking to a customer, and the other customer proudly added, "This isn't America." Nice deflection. Didn't realize local culture includes pretending potential customers don't exist. PS. if you acknowledge new customers, they won't have to "rudely" interrupt you.

I got into a bike accident and they replaced my back wheel. There were some issues with the 2nd gear, and the insisted in taking it back in for repair and within 24 hours I had the issue resolved. I have been coming here for 10+ years now and for good reason. Strongly recommend them.

Best bike shop in Amsterdam. They always give the best advice and listen to my requirements in order to assist me to find the bike that is suitable for my needs. They helped me to maintain my bike in good condition throughout the years and my friends who have been to their shop are happy with them too.

I love the service! I really needed my bike to be fixed soon and they managed to do that. They're kind and listened to my request although I came late :) Worth visiting and thank you so much for the nice service
