I had a very unpleasant experience with this law firm's customer service. As a potential client seeking assistance, I was shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the interaction was. The receptionist hung up on me twice and pretended not to hear me during the call, which was not only frustrating but also quite embarrassing. She showed no willingness to assist--struggled with basic information like spelling, refused to take down my details for the attorney, and declined to provide an email address so I could send over my citation for review and for receiving a quote. This experience left me feeling disrespected and completely dismissed. For anyone looking for a law firm that values professionalism and basic courtesy, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
