I don't have my own Gmail so I will review from my wife's. Brianne has been absolutely amazing and I have been very lucky to work with her. From first having her represent from her other firm and now her new one. She was able to take my case with her rather than me needing to find another attorney. The whole dyer team is great to work with, but Brianne is phenomenal!!

I'm shocked to see any negative reviews. My experience has been fantastic. Communication was proactive and honest with me. David and the Lincoln office are incredible about openly discussing options, the process, and the expectations a client should have. My settlement from an accident is not a large one, but I never expected it to be, and yet I never got the impression that I was less important than any presumably larger cases in their workload. I imagine that perhaps some people have unrealistic expectations about what a truly fair settlement should be, and are disappointed when they learn that what is fair doesn't align with their interest in capitalizing on unfortunate circumstances. I would encourage people to ask direct questions, be honest, and trust the process with their attorney. That said, David represented dyer law very admirably. I can't say I would ever enjoy having to go through the process again, but I felt like I had a friend helping me with it at least. Thank you David and Dyer law!

The legal office representing the insurance company processing my workers comp claim sent me a letter advising that they were going to settle the claim with a lump sum payment. I made an appointment with Mike Dyer seeking advice. Mike advised that I was not receiving fair treatment. I asked Mike to represent me as my injury was serious enough that I could not find employment. Working with Mike was very convenient. I was not hassled by anyone. Mike settled the claim for twice what was originally offered.

Very rude. Acted like they had no time to talk to me about my case. Told me he had paying clients waiting. I don't know anything about injury law and paperwork that insurance companies are sending me. That is why one would seek counsel. What is the point of a consultation if if not to become a paying client. They must have so much business that they don't need mine. I will seek out someone that is willing to help.

He told me the everything I wanted to hear so I hire you and then after that everything was my fault and I told you the work comp wasn't paying anything and they wouldn't approve any thing he told me I had to pay for it. When I called about a second opinion they acted surprised when I told them work comp wasn't doing anything thing for me I've been waiting 15 days for a return phone call that's a long meeting he is in
