So I called his office axing for advice never was there. He calls me back I told him I got it taken care of and he still wanted to know what happened so I told him he gave me a number to a law firm in Omaha that didn't even have to do with what I needed and then charges me 6250 and tells me I'm lucky because my last name is Tockey Otherwise it would've been 100 and I didn't even use the guy claims if I don't pay the 6250 he's going to charge me 16% interest a year plus $25 late fee every month

I was always told "Richard Alexander was your go-to lawyer for a DUI". DEFINITELY NOT ANYMORE!! If you are looking for a high priced lawyer that will constantly continue your case with the court and then you still get the maximum sentence, then he's your lawyer! Save your money and find a less expensive lawyer....you will have much better results!

Its been years since I used him but PLEASE... dont waste your time. hes a crook. Demanded 20,000 BUCKS to defend me for driving under suspension while on revocation and the day of court he tried no harder than a public defender and at the end he got up and left and I went to jail and lost my license for 15 years!!!! NEVER SPOKE AGAIN. I dont want this happening to anyone else... terrible experience, and did not see a dime of that 20k or him again, even though he was worthless and lost my case by a mile... he is a crook. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. I CANT PUT LOWER THAN 1 STAR OR ELSE I WOULD.

Richard is the best attorney around. No need to look further he does his job and cares about his clients. And the receptionist Christy is the best!! #1 Employee!!
