Highly recommend for all dui cases! Scott's knowledge of the field was top notch. He minimized my sentence & did a great deal bargaining on my behalf. Pricing was very fair , especially compared to other lawyers.

Since I had used him before to represent me on a Dui charge before and he did do great work with that one and seeing as he is so highly recommended I decided to hire him on a current situation. This time was different. He did very little as to trying to contact witnesses and basically waited for the prosecution to offer a deal that did very little to my benefit. I believe he could have done better in my case and after talking with other attorneys ( after the fact)(more than one) feel that after the money was exchanged there was little that was done on my behalf for my case. At which point I could not afford to hire another attorney and couldn't get the money back from him as his contract states if you fire him he keeps it or if he decides to quit he keeps it. His assistant/secretary was very helpful and returned my calls and messages promptly and kept me informed. He had canceled meetings more than once and didn't actually get ahold of witnesses not once. He was also very rude to my wife on more than one occasion and she very much so wanted the money back almost from the beginning but it was too late as contract had been signed already.

While going through a scary legal situation, never experiencing anything like this before, and getting runarounds and no return calls from other attorneys, Mr. Hilderman returned my husbands call and walked him through what to expect with our situation. My husband appreciated his straight-forwardness, to-the-point attitude and bluntness regarding our situation. We will definitely be looking for his services if need be in the future.
