As I share this review on behalf of my husband, our disbelief and disappointment in the services rendered by James Reavis compels us to warn others. Our legal journey with this attorney has been nothing short of disastrous. Initially trusting him to mount a solid defense for a critical trial, we were met with utter failure as he neglected key aspects of the case, rendering our position weak and indefensible (even though it is a challenging case). Contrary to our experience, Mr Reavis continues to assert his proficiency and claims his representation was exemplary. This self-assessment could not be further from the truth, and his denial only adds insult to injury. Moreover, his recent approach has taken a more disconcerting turn; after a less than favorable review from us highlighting these issues, he audaciously suggested we remove our honest feedback in exchange for alleviating an unexpected financial burden--an additional $800 fee sprung upon us post-agreement, with no prior mention or justification. This situation has been not only professionally disappointing but also personally stressful, and it is a caution we wish to share with all potential clients. Consider this a candid warning to think twice before engaging with mr Reavis and Netzer, Krautter& Brown Firm . Our ordeal underscores the importance of transparency and integrity in legal services, qualities which were sorely missing in our interactions.
