Sivia Law Wentzville

I had read a lot of five star reviews, which is why I choose to work with this firm. However my experience was subpar for sure. Lots of confusion on fees for a small estate amount. I received several bill, with charges for voicemails and overdue fees while is was in contact to resolve my questions about the billing, it took weeks to receive a return call after several phone calls to the office. I believe the paralegal I was working with was out on maturity leave, so if she was in the office maybe things would have been different. But the whole process took a long time with very little communication. I was hoping to receive the same service that were in reviews that I was reading on the site. Maybe I just went up there at a bad time when folks were working from home. This the first time I have gone through probate so I have nothing to compare to. I just wish more communication was involved. The emails I did receive from the paralegal were apologetic and kind. The probate matter was resolved, I just can't get past the lack of communication. That is the reason for 2 stars.

Todd was wonderful so helpful, he answered all my Questions. He is very reasonable on price. I would recommend Todd to anyone that needs wills,power of attorney. Thank you for being in Wentzville

Five stars is not high enough. Derek has been my lawyer for over a year. I've had multiple problems open up at my feet and he has been able to handle them all. What I value most is that he doesn't say I'll take care of it and disappear. He will take all the time necessary to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. I don't trust people easily. Derek is so easy to talk to that I wasn't uncomfortable telling him about anything he needed to know. He holds your hand and walks you through all the twists and turns of the legal system. He tirelessly fights for his clients and will do anything and everything to help them. What more can you ask for?
