She hasn't returned my calls nor have I heard anything regarding what is going on with my vehicle. My case is very open and shut and I should not be getting pushed aside like this. Lani Fangmeier is my adjuster. I filed a claim because their client hit my parked car. They refused to give me a rental and she hasn't contacted me in over a month. I am honestly at the point of getting a lawyer involved. Horrible service, horrible response time, can't believe this is legal for them to ignore people over and over.

Honestly, it was like pulling teeth to talk to the person that was assigned to my claim. Fortunately there was another person that took my calls the majority of the time. Which is the only reason for 2 stars. Otherwise, I'd give zero if I could. I kept a log of all the calls and Voicemails that I left. I was told that someone would always call me back within 24 hours. That is NOT the case. AT ALL. I even called the supervisor 4 times and never received a phone call back from her, AT ALL. Very disappointing that is how people are treated. Especially because I didn't do anything wrong. A tile flew off of a waste management truck. But after two months I was finally able to get my truck in the shop. (Took so long because of all the delays) Also they gave my case to an agent who immediately went on vacation for a week. Got back for one day, didn't return my calls and went on another vacation.

Wish I could give zero stars, as they don't deserve the star I am forced to give them. I worked with Nicholas Chessnoe and he was difficult to reach and never returned any of my calls or emails. He never discussed my case with me or asked for my side of the story. He just built a case against me and then flat out denied my claim. This company is terrible to work with!

The worst experience I have ever had. We filed a claim due to property damage at the beginning of June. The adjuster never answered her calls and never called us back. We had to reach out to the customer service department for them to send her an email to call us. We were also told our check for our claim was mailed out on June 30th. Here we are July 28th and still no check. Almost 2 months later! What a huge inconvenience we have experienced with our property damage. I am beyond frustrated and would caution others in the future to prepare for extremely long wait times to get your claims resolved.
