My experience with Brown and Brown has been absolutely terrible. The lawyer assigned to me, Mark, has shown no compassion and little to no effort in handling my case. I rarely, if ever, speak directly to him--instead, I'm always pushed off to a paralegal. He has failed to file important motions, including a hardship motion I specifically requested.
Because of this poor representation, I've lost everything. My hand is still broken, and the doctor they sent me to for surgery actually made my condition worse. I am still waiting for proper treatment and for my case to be settled so I can finally get the medical care I need.
Brown and Brown has shown me nothing but neglect and lack of accountability. I do not recommend them to anyone. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
