Eric Wulff can't even be bothered to return a phone call. His assistant Kelly is unable or unwilling to comprehend her role. They lost my grandmothers will and Kelly avoided us at all costs. Calling, mailed letters, in-person visits, all left with no response or compliance. We had to call the church, where Tom Burke is a Deacon, to have Tom call Eric and Kelly and ask that they call us back. Eric never did, Kelly called and admitted to losing the Will along with some other important documents. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else. This place should be closed and fined for gross negligence and legal malpractice. They completely failed their fiduciary duties to us as clients. My family has been going to Tom Burke for over 30 years prior to his retirement. Eric and Kelly are not to be trusted as competent legal professionals.

I have went to Tom Burke twice now, and both times have received impeccable dedication from him. After both cases, he delivered what he promised or brought about an even better outcome with his diligence and attorney expertise. 10/10 recommend as an outstanding attorney.

Terrible firm! Did nothing to help us. Then when we fired Eric and asked for our file, etc., he completely ignored our requests. Don't waste your time using this firm.

My attorney was Spencer Williams. If you are a woman please DO NOT choose Spencer. He would not fight for what I asked, instead he did what he wanted. When I said it is within my rights to ask for something by law, he said I don't agree with that and would not make the request. The legal documents had mistakes that I had to catch (having a different persons name in my paperwork). Kept changing legal assistants and then he did not have one so he did the paperwork himself which put my cost at a higher rate.

I called to get some information and no one answered!!! Don't waste your time!!!
