I was in an accident on Friday 13 June 2025 on I-44 westbound near the Jerome exist. I hydroplanned my truck and hit a guardrail before the over pass, called for police assistance. Thank God I was the only one involved in accident and nobody hit me or that I caused others to be hit. State police arrived, assest the accident and I was given a citation for the accident in which I had to appear in court. I call Moser Law office since accident was in Phelps County and court was in Rolla, Mo. Mr Mozer took my case for the accident. I received a phone call today from Mr Moser stating my case was dismissed and will not be charged for the accident. Attorney Tom Moser has been exemplary to work with. He is a very nice man, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was able to reduce a traffic violation to 0 points and have another violation dismissed. And he was able to have our court date dismissed, as we live three states away.
