I have been dealing with her secretary Debbie over at the Poplar bluff office and I paid her almost $2,200 for a bankruptcy and I seen her one time and she seemed very polite. I asked her to take her time because I was dealing with my mother as she was nearing her death. Now her secretary will not let me speak to her at all and still haven't received my bankruptcy but recently I was told this could be done over the phone and then I was really upset and it's been going on 8 years now and I know it only takes 90 days. During that time I had to take care of my mother until she passed away here at home and I explained that to Rebecca when I first asked her and I told her she could stall for a little bit but not no 8 years and then a year later my fiance passed away from severe cancer but the secretary act like she didn't care. All I was told that Rebecca would get the message. They have all my paperwork for my bankruptcy and then I found out that this can be done over the phone Now I'm having heart issues that I've been dealing with over a year and so far I've had seven surgeries so I'll probably have to hire another attorney and get this issue taken care of.
