Andrew "Andy" Koor helped navigate a very difficult child custody case. Amongst other cases related at the same time. Two of the cases, I was the Respondant. In both instances the charges were dropped. While still related, I was also the Petitioner, for three more cases. One of them was a Lawsuit regarding me being physically assaulted (Domestic). Another regarding (Physical/Personal) Property and the most important case was (in my opinion) to protect my children. Andy Koor and his son Allen Koor will be my personal attorneys for life. Andy was upfront with me from the very beginning. Very direct. In my opinion, he SAVED my children's early years. Suddarth and Koor is not a firm that attaches a paralegal to your case. His firm is reasonable priced for the type of cases he took on for me. Not the cheapest firm. Thats a good thing. You get what you pay for. I'm just glad he didnt charge more per hour. I really have to call out his staff. Linda. Linda, who's official title is "office manager" has been my saving grace to just talk to when Andy and Allen Koor were in court or not available and even though she cant give legal advice, she is the Quarterback and will help you get the information to Andy & Allen in the most efficient way. I don't want to call out the receptionist by her first name. But "K" is amazing. The word receptionist is misleading. She wears multiple "hats". I am an actual client. I definitely don't get reduced rates for this post. That's important. Again. Suddarth & Koor is reasonably priced with the best results. I'm not 100% sure on how "personal injury" works in regarding fees. This is an essay for a reason. Andy and his team have had my back for 4 years.

I had an unfortunate experience with Andrew Koor in his capacity as the prosecuting attorney for the City of Foristell, and it raised concerns that I believe are relevant for anyone considering him for legal representation, including in family law matters. After receiving a citation I believed to be incorrect, I submitted a detailed and respectful request supported by GPS data and vehicle speed records to demonstrate that the alleged speeding violation did not align with the facts. I made multiple attempts to contact Mr. Koor directly, but he did not respond personally at any point. All communication came from an assistant, and no effort was made to discuss or review the evidence I provided. This lack of engagement left me feeling unheard and dismissed, despite having made a good-faith effort to resolve the matter professionally. It gave the impression that the situation was treated more as a revenue-generating process than a fair legal evaluation. While I understand municipal work is separate from family law, I believe that responsiveness, critical thinking, and fairness are essential qualities in any legal professional. The clear lack of ethics and integrity based on clear evidence makes passing over this individual for anything law based a no brainer. My experience unfortunately did not reflect those qualities, and I feel that potential clients should be aware of this when deciding who to trust with important and sensitive legal matters.

Attorney Koor has responded to my legal needs with honesty and understanding. He has provided timely advice and assistance with a multitude of legal concerns. I have received consistent information and feedback on what to expect for next steps. I have left the interactions with a clear understanding of what to do and what to expect to resolve my legal issues

Can't recommend Mr. Koor enough. Him and his staff were beyond helpful. Mr. Koor constantly kept me informed and never pressured me to do anything with my case that I did not want/felt comfortable doing. Always communicated with me what was happening with the case and allowed me to call him anytime I needed something. He is good guy and a great attorney, highly recommend.

Mr. Koor made eye contact with me and said to his client, "See, didn't what I predicted take place?" I successfully obtained a restraining order against his client, so I'm uncertain why he believed he was victorious. He comes across as quite arrogant. Furthermore, he encouraged my former partner to pursue full custody in court, despite only wanting to see our child every other weekend, which seems illogical. They did not succeed in that endeavor either. I successfully achieved favorable outcomes in both cases. If you are in search of a reliable attorney, I highly recommend Tom Crocco.
