I wouldn't recommend Eric to anyone! I set an appointment to get some information on a situation I am dealing with. 10 min after my apt time I called the office and they said he would call me when he was ready. They said they have no way of knowing when that would be. 20 minutes later he still hadn't called me. If something came up, I could understand that however they should have called me to reschedule not make me wait and then still never call me for the appointment. I also hired him on a case a while back and I was less than impressed with his preparation and follow through on my case. My children are the most important things in my life, when I am having to hire an attorney for family law issues, I expect that attorney to handle the case as if it were their own child he they are fighting for. That is far from the service Eric provides, which is very sad considering how amazing Jack was.

1 Star - Would Not Recommend for Traffic Violations Absolutely would not recommend this firm for handling traffic tickets. I paid $500 just to end up with a full year of probation, 5 hours of community service, $100 in court fees, and $100 in probation fees -- all for a first-time speeding ticket. What's wild is my friend got the same ticket as me -- 20 over -- but in a work zone, which should be worse, and she didn't even have a lawyer. She got 6 months of unsupervised probation, and that was it. I feel like I completely got screwed over. If you're considering them for a traffic case, don't.

I used him a few years ago didn't come and see me in jail didn't tell me what was going on. Didn't do what I asked and just did what the prosecutor wanted to do. Do not recommend.

Eric Miller is representing someone I know who's previous lawyer just took all of their money and didn't help with anything for a year regarding child custody. Once Eric was hired he immediately began helping and is very smart and quick witted. He is on top of this case. He gets issues resolved appropriately and extremely fast. As far a I am concerned he would be who I would recommend to anybody who is in need of a lawyer in Lebanon Mo.
