Best place to watch cars drive by and see them park on a street across the alley for a few minutes then watch them do it again and again! Great entertainment for the entire family, young and old!

When hired Mark William I was in between a rock and a hard place and it was almost a certainty I was head to prison. The question was for how long. I never thought in a million years that a man being paid good money to represent my best interest would seemingly work to make the number of years I spent behind bars much larger. My probation was being revoked due to new criminal charges for which I proclaimed innoccence and intended to fight. If I could get charges dismissed or found not guilty then they would have no reason to revoked my probation. Sound easy enough. The problem is Mark William advised me that I was getting revoked no matter what and recommended that I admit a violation and let them revoked me and send me to prison before I even went to court on the new charges to minimize the expenses. He told me that the court only needed a pepondeance of evidence that a new crime had been committed to revoked probation. I consider myself to be fairly intelligent but at that time I had never heard that word. I ask what's a preponderance and to that he answered " a tiny bit" . So that was that I hung my head and accepted that in didn't have a chance. It wasn't until 7 years later and I was near the end of my stretch inside prison that I was reading a dictionary trying to pick up some new words for my scrabble game that I came across preponderance. To my surprise it meant the total opposite of what Mark had to me. PREPONDERANCE MEANS AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT. My vocabulary or lack thereof had failed me. I can't get my years back or the thousands of dollars spent to get suh treatment. I just want everyone to think about this when you put your life in his hands. How can man who has a moral and legal obligation to represent the interest of the client he is working for clearly work to intentionally get that person more time???? Is that the man you want on your team???
