Submitted info on their website 5 weeks ago. Never got a phone call back so I called them myself after 1-2 weeks of radio silence. Like others have said, spoke to a rude paralegal who made me fill out all the same stuff I already did online through their portal. Didn't hear a peep for 3 weeks and got some email this week finally saying they're not interested. No further recommendations; just a complete waste of time. Maybe you have better luck after you get past the "gatekeeper".

I imagine probably a decent office with qualified lawyers. However the wannabe lawyer secretary is smug, rude, and arrogant. Maybe hire a customer service rep with a positive attitude to answer phone calls that may help a person give relevant details to their case
