Bill Manson represented my husband's workers compensation claim, from a slip and fall accident which generated a broken pelvis. Without this intervention, we suspect the payout would not have been adequate to cover the medical, pain, loss of income. This law firm is unique, in that you do not have to beg for a request for communication. If you call, they call back or take the call if in the office. If you write, they reply in a very timely manner. The office staff is efficient and also great in communication, follow up, etc. We can without a doubt recommend Adler & Manson to you.

I had Manson and they just weren't knowledgeable, the secretary was very unorganized (they had to be reminded of things rather than keep good records) or strong enough to go against a large corporation like Amazon. I got screwed and I am left after the fact with a tendon injury that conveniently was never found before or during the settlement. I believe KU med gets donations or something from Amazon since they used to be used for their workman's comp. So I am left with pain in my left wrist and I have to sleep in a sling just so I can hope I have a good day to get anything accomplished. I am left with a disability for life unless it can be operated on at some point. In other words, go with a large law office and read the reviews.

I spent nearly 20 minutes on the line with the legal Assistant, who advised how "top notch, professional and great" this legal team is. They are clearly only interested in money, not people, because she persistently informed me that they only take million dollar+ cases. So she couldn't guarantee I'd get a call back... Never did, so I'd say it's evident that this firm is not about working for the almighty people, just the "almighty" dollar. Sad.
