The people at this office seem so nice but never get anything done. They never reach out to you to let you know of any progress. I have been stuck in something since October 2017 and have to keep chasing it myself to see if any progress has been made. They are incredibly difficult to get a hold of and never return any calls. When I first spoke to the attorney I was told that I should have this issue over in 90 days of filing. Then I was told I had a deadline of October 20th 2018 and still has not been closed out. This is very frustrating and makes it even worse when they won't reach out to you and tell you why it seems like nothing is being done. They set up a false up and under deliver
