My step dad is only 60 yrs.old. he's always been an active man. Unfortunately his stroke affected a part of his brain that controls your leg movement ,and using the bathroom. In the beginning I was ok with him being there, thinking he would get some rehabilitation of some kind. , sadly that is not the case. The people are there only to get a paycheck. They care nothing for these patients. They all do the very bare minimum. It's sad that nobody wants to see these people get back to living their life. They are more concerned about punching the time click . They should hire better people, get better more professional more helpful people involved there. At this point they only get 1 start. And that's bc I had to pick one. . DO NOT WANT YOUR FAMILY GOING HERE

Recently there has been great changes within staff such as team work, you can see some dedication for the residents needs. The smiles and acknowledgment of welcoming when passing others is always a great feeling. Therapy and rehab does an amazing job with the residents!!

I read some of the reviews online and was concerned. I found that my fears were unfounded. The staff was very nice. The facility was clean and the residents appeared well cared for. My Dad was at dinner, which smelled and looked good, and he told me that this was the best meal yet.

The staff is very friendly, and the facility is very warm and inviting outside of the facility is clean and maintained with easy access. We had a brief encounter with a woman named Cheyenne. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable answered all the questions that we had you could tell she cared for the staff and the residents.

My mother was here 3 hrs and unexpectedly died in their care. Left st Joseph hospital laughing smiling talking n eating that morning to just die in 3 hrs of being there. Her money she transferred with Missing Stolen. Her belongings was rummaged through on the floor. Went to file grievances looks like caseworker had a whole table of grievances filed by clients & families on food complaints,missing iteams & etc. social worker originally left message regarding documentation we requested at time of learning my moms death being available to not being available now that my moms is deceased. They are not trained or specialized in Trach Care they contract someone from outside and don't have them on Site. Do Not Send your loved one Here!!!!! Mines died in 3 hours with no clarification on cause of death cuz nurse wasn't medically educated. Her discharge transfer paperwork was not even READ..
