Briscoe & Brannon

Joe Brannon was very disappointing. Didn't want to fight for me. His words was ( I dont want to ruffle the prosecutors feathers) I got a new lawer that plucked the feathers came out smelling good. Goes to show get a lawer that doesn't play golf with the prosecutor

I sure miss Mr Briscoe, my mom had Joe Brennan and he got so rude with my 82 yr old mom. I wouldn't advise him to anyone

I was in a car accident where the other driver took 100% fault. It was a super easy case, where their insurance liquidated and we needed to make a claim for the money set aside for cases which had already been started. We hired Joe in March and he was confident we'd get it finished up quickly.... A couple weeks later out of the blue my husband got a email saying that we were going through a divorce and he couldn't represent me.. my husband called them to say that we are not getting divorced and they said they would continue working on our case. Time was going by and no matter how many times we called we didn't get contacted in return. Finally in October he tells my husband that he's working on getting an offer together and we should be able to wrap things up quickly... and then we were unable to get into contact with him again until mid December where we set up a status meeting. during this meeting he informs us that he has done NOTHING for my case, he hasn't even let the insurance company know he was representing me and now all the money is gone from the liquidation account and there's nothing else we can do to get compensated by the insurance company. I am already disabled and this car accident has set us back both financially and physically. We stated that we would need to file a malpractice claim on his insurance and he stated that he was in the wrong and would be completely honest in his dealing with the complaint. He then asked if there's anything he could do for our case.. we decided to give him until the 1st of January to contact the car insurance company and see if anything can be done. That meeting was three weeks ago, and dispute numerous calls to his office he has yet to contact us back. Even though he promised he would be working on it these last few weeks the lack of communication and ignorance of our attempts to communicate with him makes an already frustrating situation even worse. I have used numerous attorneys over the years for a range of reasons.. and this is the number 1 most unprofessional lawyer I've ever worked with. From sending us other clients private information, to lying about the status of our case.. I would never recommend anyone hire this firm.

I heard great things about this law firm well before the passing of Briscoe maybe it went downhill after him! Unfortunately I called to inquire about services and the woman was so rude! Not the older receptionist she was very polite! However when she connected me to the next person which was a woman I should have gotten her name regret that I didn't she was so unprofessional nasty and rude I wouldn't dare pay for services from them let alone refer them to anyone!

Joe Brannon is one of the best attorneys I've ever had he is very professional, honest and respectful. He did an amazing job representing me in my jury trial.
